WE'RE HIRING AGAIN! We are ideally looking for someone to provide support to our current team of Safari Travel Consultants with the potential to grow fully into this role.

You might be our perfect match if:

• You are detail driven and spot the little things others might miss - our consultants are uncompromisingly thorough and relentlessly focused on the details.
• You care deeply about the planet - we are in it for the long run with a strong focus on support of conservation and restoration.
• You live in or near the Kommetjie area - we need someone in person at our lovely office (just a stone's throw from the ocean).
• You've got world class service skills - we are obsessed with the level of care that we provide our guests.
• You can craft a polished email - clear, helpful and professional. You take care!
• You are a creative problem solver and can pivot quickly - flights get cancelled, borders close, weather shifts - when things get tricky, you can fix it.

• You've worked in luxury travel or in the safari world.
• You've wrangled Travelogic, Tourplan or WETU before.

• Motivated, enthusiastic, and dedicated.
• Focused on guest experience and making a difference.
• Ready to go MORE than the extra mile for our guests.

Salary: Negotiable and based on experience

Start date: flexible
