Logistics Supervisor to lead and oversee warehouse operations and inventory control, ensuring smooth manufacturing flow. This role offers the opportunity to optimize processes, develop a high-performing team, and make a measurable impact on production efficiency in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.

• Supervise daily warehouse and manufacturing supply operations.
• Maintain accurate stock control, implement FIFO, and manage ageing/overstock items.
• Coordinate inventory with production, procurement, and sales teams.
• Plan and optimize deliveries to reduce costs and meet production schedules.
• Lead, coach, and develop logistics staff.
• Implement warehouse systems and optimize space and resources.
• Resolve operational challenges and maintain strong relationships internally and externally.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in logistics/warehousing or manufacturing, including supervisory exposure.
• Automotive industry experience is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Syspro ERP is essential.
• Strong Excel, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership potential with excellent communication abilities.
