We are looking for a proactive Logistics Consultant to manage and grow client relationships within the transport and logistics environment. The role focuses on contract negotiation, rate management, volume planning, and analysing market trends to ensure efficient and cost-effective transport solutions, particularly within an agricultural logistics context.

• 2-4 years' experience in a similar logistics or transport role
• Relevant qualification (degree or diploma) advantageous
• Experience within the transport industry (agricultural market experience beneficial)
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Willingness to travel and handle after-hours problem-solving when required
• Understanding of transport costs and vehicle running costs (CPK analysis)
• Ability to track budgets and adapt to market and commodity trends
