Logistics Analyst
Job Description
As a Logistics Analyst for Delivery Operations within the Operations team, your main goal is to ensure the timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of all delivery-related orders across GroWrk's global operations.
This role is responsible for the reliability of delivery data, execution follow-up, and partner coordination throughout the full delivery lifecycle - from order creation and partner handoff to tracking confirmation and final delivery validation.
The Logistics Analyst plays a critical role in protecting client experience, SLA performance, and internal operational efficiency by maintaining the GroWrk platform as a single source of truth for delivery execution.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery records in the GroWrk platform, including:
- Order statuses
- Tracking numbers
- ETAs and delivery confirmations
- Actively monitor and follow up on all delivery operations, including:
- Partner handoff
- Shipping progress
- Customs and export coordination (when applicable)
- Coordinate with global partners to:
- Request and validate shipping information
- Resolve delivery delays or exceptions
- Confirm proof of delivery and documentation
- Quote and process delivery-related services, including:
- Standard and expedited shipments
- International exports
- Regional logistics requirements
- Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks affecting delivery timelines and take corrective action before client impact occurs.
- De-escalate incidents and manage communication with internal stakeholders (CS, LOPS, Procurement, Enablement, Product).
- Perform regional or account-specific delivery audits on demand to ensure execution quality and SLA compliance.
- Continuously identify opportunity areas in delivery workflows to improve efficiency, automation, and scalability.
- Proven experience managing and maintaining operational databases and tracking systems.
- Experience with logistics operations, shipping coordination, or delivery management, ideally in a global environment.
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a high sense of ownership.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- English proficiency (oral and written).
