Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a personable and enthusiastic Lodge Anchor for a luxury 5-star lodge based in Hluhluwe, KwaZulu-Natal. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for hospitality and guest experience to join a high-end safari environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a warm personality and a hands-on approach to lodge operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with front-of-house duties, ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure
  
• Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner, maintaining high service standards
  
• Support various departments where required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork
  
• Ensure the lodge maintains its 5-star standards in presentation and service delivery
  
• Assist with the care of the owners' dogs when required
  

Requirements:

• Strong passion for hospitality and guest service
  
• Well-presented with a professional appearance
  
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
  
• Valid driver's licence is required
  
• Must be comfortable with and fond of dogs (non-negotiable)
  
• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
  
• Salary of R7,500 - R8,500 depending on experience
  
• 3 weeks on, 1 week off work cycle
  
• Live-in position including meals, Wi-Fi, transport, laundry, and uniforms
