We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control professional to ensure consistent product quality in a food or agricultural processing environment. The ideal candidate is analytical, organised, and proficient in data analysis and Excel, with the ability to monitor processes, identify deviations, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 with Mathematics (essential)
  • Qualification in Quality Control, Food Technology, Statistics, or similar (advantageous)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in quality control, food processing, or a production environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quality and production data
  • Proficient computer skills with strong Excel capability
  • Knowledge of quality assurance, statistics, or process control (advantageous)
  • High attention to detail and strong record-keeping ability
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume processing environment
