About the Role We are seeking a highly responsible and engaging Lifeguard to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests at our exclusive lodge pool area. This role is crucial for maintaining a safe environment while contributing to the overall high end guest experience.

• Maintain constant surveillance of the swimming pool and immediate area to prevent accidents.
• Enforce all swimming pool policies, rules, and regulations clearly and courteously.
• Respond to emergencies swiftly and efficiently, performing water rescues and administering CPR/First Aid as required.
• Perform routine checks of pool chemical levels and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool deck, loungers, and surrounding areas.
• Assist with general guest service inquiries and ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment.

• Current and valid Lifeguard certification (e.g., Pool Lifeguard, Open Water certification if applicable to lodge environment).
• Current certification in CPR, AED, and First Aid.
• Proven experience as a Lifeguard or Pool Attendant, preferably within a luxury hotel, resort, or game lodge environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor and a strong commitment to guest safety and service excellence.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
