Purpose of position:

Capturing and processing third-party claims.

• Managing client and third-party expectations
• Dealing with client and third-party queries in a professional way and in alignment with our company values
• Initiating new third-party claims
• Assessing the merits and quantum of claims received
• Making decisions on settling or rejecting those claims
• Drafting releases and all other documents relating to third party claims

• Matric (essential)
• Relevant legal liabilities experience
• Having a solid understanding of the claims philosophy and the application thereof

• Live out the King Price values
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work under pressure
• Target driven
• Excellent negotiation, objection- and conflict handling skills
• Enthusiastic and passionate about the job and the company
• Organised, punctual and excellent time management skills
