The role specialises and is critical for structuring sophisticated financing arrangements that meet the unique needs of wealthy individuals and families. Designing customised lending structures for complex client situations Creating bespoke financing arrangements secured by various asset types. Structuring credit facilities that align with clients' wealth management strategies. Developing innovative lending solutions that preserve investment positions. Arranging tailored mortgages for luxury residential properties. Structuring loans secured by investment portfolios (securities-based lending). Creating aircraft and yacht financing solutions. Facilitating art-secured lending arrangements. Providing bridge loans for business transactions or real estate acquisitions. Structuring interest-only loans with flexible repayment terms. Analyzing complex income streams and asset portfolios. Conducting sophisticated credit analysis beyond traditional metrics. Evaluating collateral values for specialised assets. Determining appropriate loan-to-value ratios for various asset classes. Navigating exceptions to standard underwriting criteria for qualified clients. Collaborating with the relationship team during client meetings. Educating clients on leveraging strategies and their implications. Advising on optimal debt structures within overall wealth plans.
