Legal Recoveries Advisor ( Talent Pool)

The Claims Legal Department is looking for an enthusiastic individual as a Legal Recoveries Advisor in our Legal Department to action Legal claims for Personal and Business Insurance. Minimum Qualification Required

• Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
• Related tertiary qualification (beneficial)

Minimum Experience

• Experience in a legal environment or position (Not required but advantageous)
• Recoveries and advantageous if Liabilities, specific to Motor Vehicle Accident (Not required but advantageous)

• Sound knowledge of Motor Vehicle Collisions and Apportionment of Damages Act
• Analytical thinking and strategic objective execution
• Ensure efficient service quality standards to clients, brokers and third parties
• Strong administration skills
• Ability to analyze merits correctly
• Ability to argue merits and apportionments
• Quality, compliance and accreditation
