The Claims Legal Department is looking for an enthusiastic individual as a Legal Recoveries Advisor in our Legal Department to action Legal claims for Personal and Business Insurance. This is a talent pool posting. We are proactively building a network of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
What will make you successful in this role?Minimum Qualification Required
- Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
- Related tertiary qualification (beneficial)
Minimum Experience
- Experience in a legal environment or position (Not required but advantageous)
- Recoveries and advantageous if Liabilities, specific to Motor Vehicle Accident (Not required but advantageous)
- Sound knowledge of Motor Vehicle Collisions and Apportionment of Damages Act
- Analytical thinking and strategic objective execution
- Ensure efficient service quality standards to clients, brokers and third parties
- Strong administration skills
- Ability to analyze merits correctly
- Ability to argue merits and apportionments
- Quality, compliance and accreditation
- Ability to apply Business Rules and Processes
