Responsibilities
  • Coordinate comprehensive client transition processes, ensuring accurate file transfers while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Draft and distribute notification letters to medical providers, insurance companies, and relevant parties regarding changes in client representation status
  • Maintain detailed records and update internal databases to accurately reflect client status changes and operational transitions
  • Support operational efficiency by scheduling team meetings, distributing meeting minutes, and updating internal procedure documents
  • Collaborate with management to identify and resolve operational issues while ensuring seamless daily business operations
Qualifications
  • Hands on experience supporting an Operations team within a legal services environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with exceptional Excel skills for data management and analysis.
  • Professional work experience in a U.S. business environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret high volume datasets.
  • Proven ability to manage spreadsheets and perform complex data manipulation in Microsoft Excel.
  • Working knowledge of internet based software, spreadsheet applications, and word processing tools.
  • Some college coursework completed, demonstrating foundational academic and professional preparation.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive client information and internal work product.
  • Excellent communication skills, including drafting correspondence and coordinating cross department transitions.
  • Ability to accurately update and maintain complex internal databases and documentation systems.
