What will you do:
  • Provide comprehensive legal advice across multiple business areas including corporate law, real estate, tax, business litigation, and compliance
  • Structure, draft, and negotiate various legal contracts and agreements for trade, commercial, financial, and operational matters
  • Research and analyze existing and proposed laws to ensure organizational compliance and risk management
  • Represent the organization in litigation, arbitration, and mediation proceedings while managing relationships with external counsel
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement solutions for legal risks while supporting business objectives
