Job Description
Overview 
RCL FOODS is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist on a Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover) who will look after the learning functions for the Group and Growth Business areas. The successful incumbent will be responsible to drive and oversee the planning and implementation of the overall Learning and Development portfolio for these functions.
Responsibilities- Drive and oversee the planning and implementation of the overall Learning and Development portfolio for the Group and Growth Business areas.
- Serve as a relationship builder with a solutions-orientated approach, partnering with the business to develop people.
- Based in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, with occasional travel as required.
- Report to the respective Learning Manager.
