W e are looking for a motivated and hardworking Learner to join our Operations team in Cape Town. This opportunity is ideal for a young individual who is eager to gain hands on operational experience in a dynamic, structured, and safety focused environment.

The learner will be exposed to day-to day operational activities while receiving practical workplace training and development.

This is a 12-months learnership contract

• Grade 12 (Matric) - required
• Relevant qualification or studying towards Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field will be an advantage
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work in a team
• Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and reliability
• Computer literacy is essential, so candidates who have passed CAT (Computer Applications Technology) or have similar experience would be ideal.
• Additionally, some prior exposure to customer service or stock control and reconciliation would be advantegous
