IntroductionUPD has an exciting opportunity available to complete a 12 months Learnership Programme. We are looking to recruit and place 5 (five) unemployed learners living with disability (PWDs) who have completed their Grade 12 / Matric, aged between 18 and 35 years. The positions will be based at our Cape Town (Montague Gardens) Branch and will report to the Department Manager.
As a Learner on this programme you will be required to:- Attend required training contact sessions
- Complete all classroom activities & on the job training
- Submit a Portfolio of Evidence that shows competency against set of learning outcomes
- Provide support to team under supervision of Line Manager
- Successfully complete Learnership programme and meet competency criteria
- Customer service orientated
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Adhering to Principles and Values
