Job Description

Key Result Areas and supporting actions include:

  1. Develop and execute national channel strategies for UBS and B2B e-commerce platforms.
  2. Identify and onboard high-potential platforms and partners aligned with Birla White's growth plans.
  3. Ensure digital catalogue readiness, pricing alignment, and product availability on online platforms.
  4. Conduct structured performance reviews of UBS with internal stakeholders and UBS teams.
  5. Track key metrics including volume, value, active billing, conversions, range selling and feedback across new channels.
  6. Address and resolve any conflicts or issues with channel and partners promptly.
  7. Implement corrective actions for underperforming partners and initiate replacements when needed.
  8. Ensure achievement of targets based on last year versus growth of overall industry growth, considering budget and contribution.
Stakeholder and Partner Management
  1. Strategize and implement actions with external stakeholders to increase performance in new channels.
  2. Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, Commercial) for seamless execution.
  3. Conduct market visits to understand channel challenges, customer needs, and competitive activity.
  4. Represent New Channel initiatives and performance in senior leadership reviews.
Market Intelligence
  1. Monitor competitor activities, pricing movements, and category trends across markets.
  2. Provide insights into pricing interventions, promotional planning, and new channel schemes.
  3. Coordinate with marketing and product teams to optimize product placement and portfolio strategy.
