Makro is hiring for a range of entry level retail roles. You can contribute to a busy, customer focused environment while gaining valuable skills.

• Cashiers: Assist customers, process transactions accurately, and provide excellent service. Training is provided, so no prior experience is needed.
• Merchandisers & Shelf Packers: Keep shelves stocked, displays organized, and ensure correct pricing. Attention to detail and reliability are key.
• General Assistants / Customer Service Staff: Support cashiers and customers, help maintain store cleanliness, and contribute to a smooth operation.
• Drivers & Delivery Assistants: Deliver products safely to customers, load and unload items, and maintain accurate delivery logs. A valid driver's license may be required for some positions.

Makro is looking for motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic candidates who:

• Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Are able to work in a team
• Have completed Grade 10-12 (Matric preferred for some roles)
• Are willing to work weekends or retail hours
• No extensive experience is required for most roles - your dedication and eagerness to learn are what matter most.
