Key Accounts Representative - Manufacturing Industry A well-established company in the Manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Key Accounts Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' proven sales experience in corrugated packaging, paper, or FMCG related manufacturing, with a strong track record in managing large key accounts and driving profitable growth. This role requires a commercially astute professional who can build long term strategic partnerships, negotiate effectively, and identify new opportunities within existing accounts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing assigned key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Drive sales volumes, revenue and margin targets, prepare and present proposals and quotations, negotiate pricing and agreements, and proactively identify opportunities for new product applications and value added solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, provide accurate forecasts and account plans, and work closely with production, logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Strong reporting, compliance and administrative discipline are essential.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing or Business (advantageous).
  • 3-5 years' sales experience within corrugated packaging, paper or FMCG manufacturing.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical and relationship building skills.
  • Solid understanding of corrugated packaging products and applications.
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively.

  • Conduct print QC checks to ensure all printed material meets established quality standards.
  • Complete job card checks for each machine, including sign off and correct closure of print job assemblies on the inventory system.
