• Previous quality control inspection experience
• ISO 9001 knowledge and working experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Strong HR analytics, reporting, dashboards (Excel / Power BI advantageous)
• Experience with restructuring, succession planning, job evaluation, role analysis and workforce planning frameworks
• Stakeholder engagement, consulting, influencing, KPI implementation, talent reviews, change management skills
