Job Description
- Assist in communicating health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures.
- Support risk identification and tracking.
- Maintain project quality documentation.

- Scope Management
- Support project handover from Business Development.
- Assist in documenting project scope and contractual requirements.
- Help manage scope changes and track change control processes.
- Assist with design documentation flow and compliance tracking.
- Time Management
- Support development and maintenance of project schedules.
- Assist in updating timelines and resource plans.
- Track progress and escalate delays.
- Support documentation turnover and project close-out activities.
- Project Reporting & Cost Control
- Assist in preparing cost estimates.
- Maintain cost tracking records.
- Support budget monitoring and monthly financial reporting.
- Assist with invoicing and financial administration.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Document client requirements and project communications.
- Maintain meeting minutes and action registers.
- Support stakeholder and subcontractor coordination.
- Participate in project meetings and assist in resolving minor issues.
- Procurement & Subcontract Support
- Assist with procurement documentation and specifications.
- Track deliveries and timelines.
- Support subcontract administration and performance tracking.
- Construction Support
- Assist with site coordination under Construction Manager guidance.
- Monitor progress, safety compliance, and documentation.

- National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
- Engineering
- Project Management
- Construction Project Management
- Quantity Surveying
- Or related field
Advantageous (Not Required)
- CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management)
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- SACPCMP Candidate Registration
- 1-3 years' experience in a project environment (engineering industry preferred).
- Exposure to project coordination, documentation management, or site activities is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of project management principles (scope, time, cost, quality).
- Basic knowledge of project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills.
