Introduction

Looking for energetic and dynamic candidates to join the Engineering department.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • To support in ensuring that production processes are in line with the Global Unit Measure (GUM) standard to measure company productivity and efficiencies thereby ensuring competitiveness of the organisation.
  • To conduct time and activity studies on all plant and equipment to increase efficiencies.
  • To assist with facilities design to maximise processes.
  • To support in mapping out current operational process and recommend best optimum process design.
  • To create I.E related Documentations.
  • To communicate and implement or improve systems to ensure efficiency,
  • To ensure Line Balancing to maximise effectiveness of processes.
  • Grade 12/NQF Level 4 (Essential)
  • National Diploma in Industrial engineering (Essential)
  • B. Tech in industrial Engineering (Desirable)
  • 1 year experience in conducting Time Studies on various operations/Industries (Essential)
  • At least 1 year experience in Facilities layout/design (Essential)
  • 3 years related experience in Automotive manufacturing Environment (Essential)
  • 2 Years working experience in the use of Quality Core tools (i.e. FMEA, control plans; APQP) (Desirable)
