Job Description

As a Junior Management Accountant, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with experienced professionals to learn the intricacies of management accounting, operational finance and the different systems involved in the process (and some financial wizardry that cannot be fathomed by the uninitiated). This position offers a unique opportunity for fresh graduates to expand their skill set and gain valuable experience in servicing dynamic clients operating in diverse industries around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Finance Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of operational finance principles, systems, and processes, from data entry to financial reporting.
  • Client Whisperer: Collaborate with our seasoned pros to provide financial consulting services to our diverse client base, assisting them in achieving their financial objectives.
  • Financial Analysis: Assist in analyzing financial data to provide insights that support strategic decision making for our clients.
  • Data Management: Be responsible for accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, maintaining financial databases, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Rockstar Reporting: Help in crafting financial dashboards, financial statements, performance reports, and variance analyses.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial processes and reporting systems.
  • Learning Lover: Stay up to date with industry trends, new systems, accounting regulations, and best practices to maintain a high level of expertise.
  • Collaborative Environment: Work collaboratively with cross functional teams, including C Suite executives, Start up Founders and entrepreneurs, Auditors, and Legal advisors, to provide holistic financial solutions.
Qualifications
  • Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CIMA Accredited preferable
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Project Management Skills - we need finishers!
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required.
