Junior Conveyancer
Based in Rivonia, Sandton
A well-established legal practice based in Rivonia, Sandton, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Conveyancer to join their dynamic property law team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recently admitted Conveyancer looking to gain hands on experience while managing their own files from start to finish within a supportive and high performing environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing own residential property transfer files independently from instruction through to registration
- Running matters from start to finish with minimal supervision
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, banks
- Drafting and reviewing conveyancing documents
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and FICA requirements
- Providing professional and timely client communication
- Admitted Attorney & Conveyancer
- 1-3 years' post admission experience in conveyancing
- Proven ability to run own files independently
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and client-facing abilities
