• Assist the Chef with daily foodpreparation and service.
• Prepare ingredients and dishesaccording to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain high standards of foodquality, hygiene, and presentation.
• Assist with stock control, foodstorage, and kitchen organization.
• Ensure compliance with foodsafety and health regulations.
• Help maintain a clean,organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
• Work effectively as part of ateam during busy service periods.

• Culinary qualification orrelevant kitchen experience.
• Passion for cooking andwillingness to learn.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good teamwork and communicationskills.
• Strong attention to detail andcleanliness.
