Netwerk24 is op soek na 'n puik algemene joernalis om uit Johannesburg verslag te doen. Die betrokke verslaggewer moet daartoe in staat wees om berigte te kan ontgin, na te vors en daaroor verslag te kan doen. Die joernalis moet reeds 'n uitgebreide kontaknetwerk hê. Die geskikte kandidaat sal die vermoë hê om die storie agter die storie te gaan haal en met unieke inligting vorendag te kom wat nie elders beskikbaar is nie. Die verslaggewer moet 'n aanvoeling vir digitale joernalistiek hê, en video's en foto's kan neem. Die geskikte kandidaat sal blitsig kan skryf en onder druk kan werk. Die persoon moet ook bereid wees om soms ongereelde ure, naweke, vakansiedae en oortyd te werk.
