IT Manager - MDM & Microsoft Intune

We are looking for an experienced and security-driven IT Manager to lead our device management and endpoint security initiatives. This role will be responsible for overseeing the Microsoft Intune environment, ensuring secure device deployment, compliance monitoring, and lifecycle management across the organization.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and endpoint security, with a proactive approach to maintaining a secure and efficient IT infrastructure.

• Manage, configure, and maintain the Microsoft Intune environment
• Develop, implement, and enforce MDM policies and security standards
• Oversee device enrollment, provisioning, deployment, and lifecycle management
• Monitor endpoint compliance and overall security posture
• Troubleshoot and resolve device, system, and access-related issues
• Implement security updates, patches, and access control measures
• Ensure adherence to IT best practices and compliance requirements
• Maintain clear documentation of systems, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT and security initiatives

• Proven experience managing Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment
• Strong background in Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Solid knowledge of endpoint security, compliance frameworks, and device governance
• Experience with device provisioning, policy configuration, and access control
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, security-focused mindset

• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
• Familiarity with Azure AD / Entra ID
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Endpoint Administrator Associate)

$500 - $700 a month

Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week) with potential to grow

Time Zone: Must reliably support Eastern (EST) hours
