We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced InvoicingClerk to join our logistics team in Chloorkop. This role is suited to acandidate with solid transport billing experience, strong system knowledge, andthe ability to perform accurately in a high-volume, deadline-drivenenvironment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurateand timeous invoicing of high volumes of transport and logisticstransactions
  • Application,verification, and maintenance of agreed customer rates and services
  • Invoicingof various logistics services, including but not limited to:
  • RDF
  • Othertransport and logistics-related services
  • Ensuringcompliance with customer contracts and rate agreements
  • Investigatingand resolving invoicing discrepancies and billing queries
  • Liaisingclosely with operations and internal departments to ensure billingaccuracy
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2year's proven experience as an invoicing clerk within the transport or logistics industry
  • Experience using Parcel Perfect, including completing all checks, approvals & loading rates independently
  • Strong Excel skills,including Pivot Tables & all formulas
  • Solid understanding of transportand logistics rates, services, and billing structures
  • Knowledge with credit notes & credit re-builds
  • Strong knowledge of how to calculate manually using customer rate cards
  • Independently do month end runs
  • Ability to work under pressureand meet strict deadlines
  • High level of attention to detailand accuracy
