We are looking for a detail-oriented Invoicing Clerk to support administrative and financial processes within a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong system knowledge, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks related to vehicle documentation and invoicing.
Qualifications- Grade 12 / Matric
- Previous experience in an invoicing or administrative role
- SAP experience (essential)
- Strong Excel skills
- Good understanding of vehicle administration processes (invoicing, floorplan, gate passes, movements, roadworthy compliance)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
