The Internal Recruiter is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across the BPO environment, including high-volume frontline hiring, specialist and leadership recruitment, and niche talent acquisition for IT, Automation, and AI-enabled roles. The role supports both operational scale and strategic transformation by ensuring access to future-fit talent aligned with business growth and digital enablement initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- High-Volume BPO Recruitment - Manage bulk recruitment for call center agents across multiple campaigns and lines of business; deliver recruitment within aggressive timelines while maintaining quality, compliance, and attrition control; partner with Operations, Workforce Management, and Training to align hiring with capacity planning; coordinate mass interviews, assessment centers and onboarding pipelines; build quality pipelines for volume hires and specialist positions.
- Specialist, Management & Executive Recruitment - Lead recruitment for specialist BPO roles including QA, WFM, Trainers, Team Leaders, Operations Managers and support functions; manage end-to-end recruitment for middle management, senior leadership and executive roles; conduct structured, competency-based interviews.
- IT, Automation & AI Recruitment - Recruit for IT, Automation, AI and digital transformation roles; collaborate with IT and Digital teams to define technical requirements; translate technical needs into effective sourcing strategies.
- Recruitment Lifecycle Management - Draft and maintain job descriptions; source candidates via ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and headhunting; manage screening, interviews, offers and onboarding coordination.
- Stakeholder Management - Act as a recruitment partner to hiring managers; provide talent market insights and recruitment reporting.
- Compliance & Reporting - Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies; track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
Experience:
- 2-5+ years recruitment experience in a BPO or call center environment.
- Experience recruiting specialist, management, executive, IT, Automation and AI roles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of BPO operations and digital transformation.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment streams.
- Data-driven and adaptable mindset.
