Intermediate Accounting Specialist

• 3-5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Familiarity with the accounting system Xero.
• Experience in the tourism/travel industry is highly advantageous.
• Bookkeeping/accounting certification.
• VAT Reporting.

• Perform bank reconciliations across multiple local and international bank accounts.
• Load and process bank payments, including checking validity, supporting documents, and approvals, before processing.
• Monthly VAT reconciliations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Maintain accuracy in transaction capturing and record-keeping in the accounting system.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
