Job Title: Intake Specialist

Location: Remote (South Africa) - US Hours - 9am-5pm EST

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Guide clients through the intake process, explaining requirements and next steps clearly.
  • Collect, review, and verify client information and documentation.
  • Schedule appointments and assessments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records in the company's CRM or intake systems.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure timely onboarding and service delivery.
  • Follow up consistently with clients to obtain outstanding information or documents.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and empathetic telephone manner.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and platforms such as Google Workspace, CRM systems, and scheduling software.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity and accountability.
  • Previous experience in healthcare, social services, or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ABA therapy or similar behavioral health services is a plus but not required.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work US business hours.
