The Bellville / Johannesburg depends on where the candidate is based, Commercial Contact Centre / Survey team has an exciting position available for an Insurance Consultant.

• Dealing with survey enquiries, survey requests and survey letters on all commercial short-term insurance business
• Adhering to the Survey SOP and NSP
• Amending policies following the completion of survey reports.

• Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
• FAIS compliant: NQF level 4 (short-term insurance)
• Underwriting knowledge/experience
• 2 years commercial lines experience in a short-term insurance environment
• Fully Computer literate (MS Office)
• Completion of RIA qualification
• Afrikaans language preferred
• Commercial insurance related qualification would serve as an advantage.
• Previous experience in client services environment would serve as a further advantage.
