This individual contributor role is key to ensuring successful product adoption, delivering technical excellence, and driving innovation-led growth aligned with business strategy. Key Responsibilities Customer Support & Troubleshooting Provide hands-on technical support to customers Troubleshoot issues and ensure optimal product performance in grain processing, distilling, and biofuel environments New Product Launches Lead technical onboarding and field implementation of new products Coordinate trials, generate technical data, and support commercial teams Innovation & Project Leadership Drive regional innovation projects in collaboration with customers and application teams Focus on process optimization, efficiency improvements, and value creation Training & Knowledge Transfer Deliver technical training and workshops to internal teams, distributors, and customers Build capability and ensure correct application of solutions Market Intelligence Track industry trends, customer needs, and technological developments Support business strategy and commercial roadmap Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and R&D teams Align technical initiatives with business goals Qualifications & Experience Degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred) Minimum 5 years of experience in grain processing, distilling, ethanol, or related industries Strong knowledge of fermentation, enzymatic processes, milling, or biofuel applications Proven experience in leading field trials and analyzing technical data Willingness to travel extensively across the Middle East & Africa Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Self-driven with the ability to work independently Strong project management and cross-cultural collaboration skills Customer-focused with a solution-oriented mindset Our purpose guides the way In Novonesis, we know that solutions rooted in biology can help solve humanity's biggest challenges.
