Job Description
Industrial mechanics have an important role to play at DANGO & DIENENTHAL. Particularly in the areas of assembly, maintenance and servicing of sophisticated machines, you will ensure that all our processes run smoothly.
By training as an industrial mechanic, you will become a specialist in mechanical processes and production techniques. You will assemble machines and systems and convert them if necessary. You will also be responsible for quality assurance. This means that you will check and assess the quality of components and carry out repairs or replace defective parts.
MECHATRONICS TECHNICIANMechatronics engineers combine knowledge and skills from the fields of mechanics, electronics and IT. They are characterized by technical skills and creative problem solving.
During your apprenticeship, you will learn how individual parts are assembled into complex machines and fitted with all electronic components. You will carry out maintenance work, identify faults and errors and rectify them. You will also learn how to program and install control systems and software that are required to control and operate the machines and systems.
CUTTING MACHINE OPERATORPrecision is of the utmost importance for cutting machine operators. As part of your training, you will learn how to manufacture the components we need for our products. Turning, drilling, milling or grinding - CNC machine tools, i.e. modern systems controlled by computers, are usually used for these activities.
In addition to reading drawings, your tasks will also include selecting the right tools. You will also be responsible for the machining and quality control of all parts produced. Because despite the size of our machines, everything has to fit down to the micrometer.

This and the electrically preloaded drives move the manipulators back and forth and bring them to a halt with the highest precision and accuracy of repeatability.
The unique single-mass concept of the D&D manipulators means that the moving drive and the actuating drive of the tongs are firmly connected. This enables a straightforward, sturdy machine design with very few moving parts and highest-precision control of the moving drive. The drive control is independent from the weight of the forged pieces.
The high long-term accuracy of the tong actuation guarantees that the forging is positioned in the press at exactly the right angle for each stroke.
