Are you an analytical, solutions-driven Industrial Engineer with a passion for operational excellence? We are looking for a hands on professional to join a dynamic manufacturing environment where you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, improving processes, and delivering impactful capital and continuous improvement projects from concept through to completion.

Working closely with cross functional teams across production, engineering, quality and supply chain, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, optimising workflows, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. • Lead and support end to end project implementation, from concept through to execution and post implementation review
• Analyse existing processes to identify efficiency improvements, cost reductions, and productivity gains
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including production, engineering, quality, and supply chain
• Develop and optimise process flows, layouts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
• Utilise data analysis and reporting to support decision making and track performance improvements

• BEng / BSc / BTech in Industrial Engineering or related field (Degree preferred, BTech only with suitable seniority and expertise)
• Approximately 5 years' relevant experience, preferably within FMCG, food production or manufacturing
• Proven experience in a project-based or project implementation role
• Strong understanding of process optimisation, production systems, and operational workflows
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Hands on, practical, and solutions orientated
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence across teams
• Highly organised with strong project coordination skills
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast paced production environment
