About the role

Reporting directly to the Service Desk Lead, this role offers an opportunity to be part of our client's 12-month Graduate Programme. This is a hybrid role, allowing for 3 days in either the Centurion or Cape Town office with various shift patterns, including occasional weekend, holiday, or extra shifts.

What you will be doing
  • You'll be a key player in Major Incident Management, helping with status updates, coordinating teams, managing communications, and ensuring a smooth resolution during critical events.
  • You will be the vital initial point of contact and facilitator for alerts across various systems and environments within the entire domain.
What our client is looking for
  • A relevant tertiary qualification, such as a BCom or BA in fields like Linguistics/Communication, Business Systems, or IT.
  • While not essential, some experience in a call center environment would be a great advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, enabling effective communication in a professional business setting.
