A Grade 6 learner in Oakdale, Cape Town, requires an experienced and reliable in-person Mathematics tutor to assist with the CAPS curriculum. Tutoring will take place twice a week on weekday afternoons.
Responsibilities- Deliver clear and engaging Mathematics lessons.
- Support the learner in building foundational numeracy skills.
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve academic performance.
- Ensure lessons are structured, supportive, and motivating.
- Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree or relevant qualification in Mathematics.
- Proven experience teaching/tutoring CAPS curriculum (Grade 6 or Intermediate Phase).
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
- Ability to travel to Oakdale, Cape Town.
- Excellent communication, consistency, and reliability.
