We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable HVAC Technician Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities- Assists senior technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
- Performs routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, lubricating motors, and replacing worn parts
- Troubleshoots and diagnoses issues with HVAC systems and makes necessary repairs
- Assists in the installation of new HVAC equipment and systems
- Maintains accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Follows all safety protocols and company procedures
- Communicates effectively with team members and clients
- Keeps work area clean and organized
- Attends training and development programs as required
- Matric
- At least 2 years experience in HVAC or related field preferred
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
