We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable HVAC Technician Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Assists senior technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
  • Performs routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, lubricating motors, and replacing worn parts
  • Troubleshoots and diagnoses issues with HVAC systems and makes necessary repairs
  • Assists in the installation of new HVAC equipment and systems
  • Maintains accurate records of work performed and materials used
  • Follows all safety protocols and company procedures
  • Communicates effectively with team members and clients
  • Keeps work area clean and organized
  • Attends training and development programs as required
Requirements
  • Matric
  • At least 2 years experience in HVAC or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
