Responsibilities
  • Assist senior technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning filters, lubricating motors, and replacing worn components
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues and assist with repairs
  • Support the installation of new HVAC equipment and systems
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
  • Participate in training and professional development programs as required
Qualifications & Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in HVAC or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when required
