To lead a holistic human resources business and employee enablement service which leverages human resources tools and services to anticipate and solve business challenges within a value-based culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
  • Support business performance through strategic HR application
  • Drive and govern HR Service Delivery
  • Optimise talent management within the hospital
  • Promote and lead employee engagement
  • Lead workforce optimisation and remuneration
  • Lead and manage the people in the Human Resource Department
  • Enable transformation through Employment Equity management and fair HR practice
REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: 3 year Degree/Diploma in Human Resources

DESIRED EDUCATION: None

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5-8 years recent generalist experience in Human Resources.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Experience in Labour Relations/Learning and Development.
