Job Description
Key Outputs 
- Ensure all human resources procedures and administration requirements are accurately and efficiently implemented.
- Provide HR support and information to line management and employees, to ensure effective compliance to all human resources policies and procedures.
- Support Human Capital Business Partner and Line managers in order to achieve business objectives
- Responsible for the delivery of all end to end HC processes including ER ensuring continuous performance, efficiency, process improvement and compliance.
- Proactively identify and drive wellness and safety initiatives to improve awareness, wellbeing and work life balance for all employees.
- Keeping HC processes in full compliance with legal and regulatory (internal and external) framework.
- Communicate organisational culture, policies, procedures, standards and systems to employees.
- Keep line Management & employees updated on HC initiatives.
- Maintain efficient record keeping for all staff, electronic and hardcover files
- Data input and submission for Monthly HR reporting
- Coordinate HR planned activities including recruitment, training, ER , onboarding process etc.
- Relevant 3 year National Diploma or B-Degree in Human Resources Social sciences or Commerce.
- 2-5 years' experience in Human resources Management
- Understanding of HR processes. Knowledge of labour related legislation.
- Human Resource Administration, Payroll, Recruitment ,performance management & PaySpace system .
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities, deal with a sense of urgency and develop pragmatic solutions.
- A strong commitment to service delivery within an HC setting.
- A commitment and genuine desire to build and maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally.
