MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBTo support a holistic human resources business enablement service leveraging human resources tools and services to anticipate and solve business challenges within a values-based culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASSupport business performance through people management enablement
Facilitate Human Resource Service Delivery
Support workforce and remuneration management
Implement and manage employee engagement
Enable transformation through talent management and people management
REQUIRED EDUCATIONESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Degree/diploma in Human Resources

REQUIRED EXPERIENCEESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5 years generalist experience in Human Resources
