What you will be doing:- Provide daily HR support, manage employee records and documentation, and ensure compliance with legal and policy requirements.
- Assist with recruitment (job posting, shortlisting, interviewing) and facilitate smooth onboarding/orientation for new hires.
- Serve as the first point of contact for staff queries, support engagement initiatives, wellness programmes, and internal communications.
- Support the implementation of performance review cycles and employee development plans.
- Coordinate employee exit processes, prepare final documentation, and assist with HR reporting and compliance submissions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and overall employee experience.
- Assist HRBPs in executing HR projects and strategic initiatives across both entities.
- A relevant tertiary degree would be beneficial (Human Resources, Business Administration, etc.)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour law, and compliance.
- Experience with multiple entities/business units and HRIS platforms (Recruitee, Lattice) is advantageous.

- Adaptable, resourceful, and able to manage priorities across two entities.
