Nature of Appointment: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract
Salary: R per annum (Level 4) plus 37% in lieu of benefits
Centre: Rosslyn, Soshanguve South and Temba Campus - Ref: TNC/CO/26-01/4
REQUIREMENTSSenior Certificate or equivalent plus a Recognized National Diploma in Human Resource Management/Development (NQF level 6). A valid driver's license. Persal knowledge will be an added advantage.
DUTIESRecruitment and selection (Advertisements, appointments, transfers, verification of qualifications, secretariat functions at interviews, absorptions, probationary periods etc). Implement conditions of services (leave, housing, medical, injury on duty, long service recognition, overtime, relocation, pension, allowances, PILIR etc.). Performance management. Termination of services
