Data Entry and MaintenanceContinuously update and maintain accurate employee records in Atlas with details like personal information, job titles, compensation, and employment history.
DocumentationPrepare, issue, file, and secure HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, employment verification letters, contract amendments, and termination paperwork.
Employee Support and RelationsQuery Resolution: Respond to employee and manager inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Conflict Assistance (Administrative): Assist in the administrative aspects of employee relations, such as documenting grievances or disciplinary actions.
Recruitment and Onboarding SupportOnboarding Coordination: Coordinate the logistics for new employees, which can include scheduling orientation, preparing new hire welcome kits, ensuring system access is ready, and coordinating with other departments.
Payroll AdministrationLiaise with the payroll department by providing accurate, up-to-date information on employee changes, time-off balances, leaves of absence (sick/maternity).
Leave Tracking: Record, track, and manage employee leave requests, including vacation, sick time, and extended leaves.
Policy and CompliancePolicy Implementation: Assist in communicating, distributing - tracking responses.
Reporting: Generate routine or ad-hoc reports on HR metrics like headcount, turnover rates, and absenteeism for management review or compliance audits - once all employees are correctly inputted into atlas.
Remote working from South Africa (must be able to legally work in S.A with a tax number).
Salary between R - R per month.
