A Beautiful private Game Reserve in the Waterberg region, is looking for anHousekeeper / Massage Therapist

• Treatment Delivery: Perform professional massage treatments such as Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and pressure point therapy.
• Guest Consultations: Assess client needs, provide personalized treatment recommendations, and educate them on healthy-living practices.
• Spa Management: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa area, manage product inventory, and handle treatment bookings.

• Room Maintenance: Assist the interior team with cleaning guest rooms, changing linens, and ensuring spaces are highly presentable.
• Sanitization: Scrub and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate chemicals.
• Laundry Operations: Manage washing, drying, ironing, and sorting of guest and facility linens.
• Public Areas: Keep lobbies, hallways, and social spaces tidy and well-maintained.

• Inventory Management: Monitor and report on cleaning and spa supply levels to ensure timely replenishment.
• Facility Inspections: Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management.
• Guest Relations: Welcome guests, respond to queries, and provide detailed information on treatments and products.

• Certification: Must have a background or training in massage therapist.
• Experience: Typically requires 2-5+ years of experience in a lodge, yacht, or luxury hotel environment.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for long periods, perform physical cleaning tasks.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
