Overview

We are seeking experienced Horizontal Boring Mill Operators to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience operating boring mills, with a strong understanding of precision machining and safety standards.


Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain horizontal boring mills to produce high-precision components.

  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

  • Set up, align, and calibrate machines for optimal performance.

  • Monitor machining operations and make adjustments to ensure quality standards are met.

  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience operating horizontal boring mills.

  • Strong understanding of metalworking, machining processes, and CNC operations.

  • Ability to read technical drawings and work with tight tolerances.

  • Knowledge of machine setup, tooling, and maintenance.

  • Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
