Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting for a luxury lodge in the Sabi Sands that is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee and maintain exceptional accommodation standards. This role is suited to a hands on leader with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities- Managing all housekeeping operations to ensure luxury standards are consistently met
- Supervising, training, and scheduling housekeeping staff
- Conducting regular room inspections and maintaining presentation standards
- Managing linen, stock control, and housekeeping budgets
- Ensuring health, hygiene, and safety standards are upheld at all times
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Senior Housekeeper within luxury hospitality
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
- Ability to work independently in a remote lodge environment
