Job Description

The role is based in Gauteng Centurion (internally known as Northern Province)
The purpose of the Home Finance Facilitator is to provide administrative and process support to Home Loan Sales Consultants by managing bond applications, liaising with banks and clients, ensuring accurate record keeping and maintaining up to date knowledge for lending requirements.
The role ensures efficient processing of home loan applications and smooth coordination between clients, banks and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately capture and submit bond applications on the ooba system
  • Proactively follow up on home buyers to obtain required and outstanding documentation
  • Liaise with banks to track application progress and follow up on pending approvals or outstanding conditions
  • Manage incoming calls and relay telephonic messages to the Home Loan Sales Consultant
  • Monitor, collate and report on the Home Loan Sales Consultant pipeline and loan progress
  • Stay informed of changes in lending policies, processes and documentation requirements within the banking environment
  • Maintain and update the Home Loan Sales Consultant's master file, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records
  • Handle and resolve commission related queries efficiently and professionally
Qualifications
  • Grad 12/Matric (essential)
  • Banking and/or home loan experience (essential)
  • Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans) 3rd South African language will be beneficial
