Job Description
SAFY / SCW GROUP 
HEAD OFFICE ACCOUNTANT / ANALYST
This candidate will be reporting directly to the CEO on a number of projects across the group.
Divisions include motor retail and rental locally, nationally and abroad. It also includes property development and rentals.
The office is located at our Leather & Chrome (ex-Harley Davidson) dealership in Cape Town at:
2 Hospital Street, De Waterkant, Greenpoint
Responsibilities- Providing relevant financial information for decision making
- Internal audit of system integration with point of sales system
- Analysis of financial information
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly Financial Reports
- Audit of key financial areas
- Data extraction and presentation
- Accounting schedules preparation
- Ad-hoc projects - Providing financial analysis and support on various strategic initiatives
- Financial Reporting: Review of monthly management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting
- Chartered Accountant (SA)
- Newly qualified or with experience
- Market-related salary (highly dependent on experience)
- MS Excel - Intermediate skill level
- Pastel Evolution / SAGE experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with accounting software
- Must be flexible and have good communications skills
- Must be able to deal with strong personalities
