HEAD OFFICE ACCOUNTANT / ANALYST

This candidate will be reporting directly to the CEO on a number of projects across the group.

Divisions include motor retail and rental locally, nationally and abroad. It also includes property development and rentals.

The office is located at our Leather & Chrome (ex-Harley Davidson) dealership in Cape Town at:

2 Hospital Street, De Waterkant, Greenpoint

• Providing relevant financial information for decision making
• Internal audit of system integration with point of sales system
• Analysis of financial information
• Daily, Weekly and Monthly Financial Reports
• Audit of key financial areas
• Data extraction and presentation
• Accounting schedules preparation
• Ad-hoc projects - Providing financial analysis and support on various strategic initiatives
• Financial Reporting: Review of monthly management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting

• Chartered Accountant (SA)
• Newly qualified or with experience
• Market-related salary (highly dependent on experience)

• MS Excel - Intermediate skill level
• Pastel Evolution / SAGE experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with accounting software
• Must be flexible and have good communications skills
• Must be able to deal with strong personalities
